The beds were super comfy, like I've slept on clouds. And the warm cookie at check-in was unexpected, it reminded me of the little things that matter.
It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Our stay was fine, really enjoyed above average breakfasts.
The idea to include an electric kettle and glassware in the deluxe room was nice. Its location was indeed unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from Museum of New Zealand te Papa Tongarewa. There was Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was very good!

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the delectable breakfast options available each morning. The staff was attentive, and I particularly appreciated how Chef Ashish made sure everything was perfect. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the iconic Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and Civic Square, which made our exploration much easier. I would highly recommend trying the breakfast omelettes—absolutely delicious!

Staff was friendly and provided complimentary sparkling water.
We were not informed about a planned power outage on arrival, which forced us to leave early from our late checkout. The pillows were too soft for a comfortable night's sleep.
